• Are there any charging issues?  Many used Mobilepros sold on eBay have battery problems or charging issues.
• Does the touch screen function properly?  Beware those "unable to test because we didn't have a power supply" scams.
• Do all the keys function properly?  It doesn't do much good if you can't type on it.
• How long does the battery last?  A good battery should hold a charge and last at least 3 hours.
• Does the pcmcia slot work properly?  Does you little good if you can't plug a wifi card in it.
• Does the CF slot work properly?  You need this for CF memory cards
• Does it have the original A/C adapter?  Beware 3rd party 800mAh or lower adapters that won't fully charge a battery.
• Does the sound and speaker jack work ok?  If not, you won't be enjoying any MP3s on it.

However, for those who don't want to take a chance, you can still obtain a quality used and tested Mobilepro with a warranty and service to back it up.
